It brings me Joy event at Athena (Women’s Only Gym) in Olympia. The theme was joy to focus the communities attention on the importance of prioritizing Joy. Especially as women, we tend put our needs at the bottom of the list, that leaves us feeling depleted. Prioritizing Joy, makes room for you to put your mask on first & fill your own cup.

This Self Care Sunday Calendar event in partnership with Noir Lux Candle Bar. The Glow Up is a play on words (candles), we took time to create a Vision for taking life to the next level. The Glow Up is the grandest brightest vision for ourselves.

Dreams Manifest was honored to share this powerful course to support members of The CRU understand affirmations, the power of words, the power of images, and create an impactful Visual Affirmation to give them a boost of confidence on-demand and counter negative self talk in two virtual sessions.
