Inflammatory foods can increase discomfort during perimenopause and menopause. Learn how to prepare delicious anti-inflammatory meals designed to help manage symptoms and support overall wellness. This hands-on cooking class will provide easy recipes you can recreate at home, with tips on incorporating foods that nourish and balance hormones.

Perimenopause & Menopause Conversation
Guided by menopause mentor P. Danyale Thomas, this interactive conversation will focus on understanding the changes your body undergoes during perimenopause and menopause. You’ll gain insight into common symptoms, how to manage them, and the importance of lifestyle adjustments to thrive during this phase of life. Teya Williams will share her personal journey, offering inspiration and practical advice.
