Hey, Black seattle!

Hey Black Seattle, this week we had a Wednesday Night Live to highlight events and jobs that are posted on the heyblackseattle.com calendar and job board. When I do these, I like to invite one of our Directory Members who is promoting something on the site. This time we were joined by Teya Williams of Dreams Manifest LLC.

She is hosting an anti-inflammatory cooking class on Saturday, 10/26 from 3-6pm at PCC in Columbia City. And let me tell youโ€ฆas a person living with fibromyalgia, I have learned that decreasing pain through nutrition is REAL! And as I enter perimenopause, this type of information becomes that much more important. We donโ€™t have to live with some of the pain we suffer through yโ€™all! So head to this class and get some nutrition tips. I repeat: ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธwe donโ€™t always need to be accepting & suffering through pain!! YOU are the first community member whose wellbeing you need to take care of. Here is one chance to learn more about that. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

Thank you to Teya and her presenting partner P. Danyale Thomas for this offering!! ๐Ÿฅ‘๐ŸŽ๐Ÿฅ”๐Ÿฅ• Source: Keisha Garrison, Hey! Black Seattle!

Make it stand out

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
