I am worthy!

a black & BIPOC Centered women’s wellness event

In celebration of Women’s History Month, Dreams Manifest LLC and co-host Danyale Thomas, FSP & Menopause Mentor, presented I AM WORTHY! BLACK & BIPOC WOMEN CENTERED WELLNESS EVENT. Held on March 24, 2024, at Byrd Barr Place in Seattle's Central District, this event catered to Black and BIPOC women aged 35-60, focused on dispelling myths surrounding perimenopause and menopause. It was a day filled with empowerment, self-care, and deep community connection.

Dr. Lisa Price, Naturopathic Doctor, offered valuable insights into the perimenopausal journey, while food from Jerk Shack Kitchen and Intentions Juice Bar nourished the body. Participants enjoyed a movement session led by Mary McCough and a soothing sound bath with Jennifer B. Moore. Women left feeling inspired, rejuvenated, and seen.
